Villa holiday rentals in Troncones

We were fascinated by the place. My dad has difficulty getting around and in the accommodation we were able to accommodate it on the first floor, access to the pool and beach is very friendly. We loved the design of the pool and its ocean view. It is a family-friendly villa. Ale was always in contact with us. Thank you very much

Very good accommodation, I recommend it even though for elderly people I don't think they will do well on the stairs but everything else is excellent

We loved our stay at Karina’s villa. The villa is cozy and nicely furnished. Santa cooked our meals and they were amazing. Santa and Jani ensured we had a great and relaxing stay. We hope to come back soon!

I really liked the place, something that I did not charm was that the villas had transparent doors and then everything was seen, in the bathroom it was very tiring when bathing because it did not seal the shower door well and the tv in the room was not seen but everything else was good, room always fresh by the air conditioning, very nice kitchen, very clean sheets and house in general beautiful, I would ask for it again.

Roberto such a kind host. Place was very clean and comfortable. Will miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the Zihua bay. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Close walk downtown to everything if you don’t mind stairs. If you can’t do stairs the bus stop is right there 13pesos to ride. Roberto speaks great English and is very helpful. Will be back hopefully.

Our Holiday with our adult son, wife, and 2 yr 9 month old grandson was spectacular. A super place for happiness between the pool, the beach, the delicious restaurants ( that you can walk to), and the lovely home with comfortable beds and fantastic kitchen with any kitchen tool you would need. This Airbnb is owned by the nicest and warmest family. There is a family member on site should you have questions. We have stayed in many places around the world with our family and this one was definitely tops on on our list. We hope to visit here again. When you are away from the house and in town, a quick 10 min, you will find restaurant staff and the people are kind and helpful.

What a wonderful vacation. Such a nice house in the best location imaginable. The staff is amazing. The communication was easy. Loved the swimming pool. Steps out of your door you are at an amazing beach with many food options. I highly suggest bisto Del Mar for dinner. 100 steps away from the house and an amazing dinner. 5 star vacation. We will be back.

Casa Costamor is an amazingly beautiful home and property. The 4 bedrooms worked perfect for our group and the room with bunkbeds would be wonderful for a family. They views, the infinity pool, and the location are perfect. We chose to have some help with meal preparation and we were not let down. I would recommend this spot to any family or group that needs 4 bedrooms along with peace and tranquility. It is a full blown 10.

The house is spectacular! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

An incredible place to disconnect from everything and spend it at ease, the house incredible and super comfortable, they give you your privacy while still being attentive, they give you recommendations for whatever you may need, it is a magical place that would without hesitation return.

The stay at hacienda La Rusa exceeded our expectations, everything was incredible, they were all very friendly and helpful since we arrived, the rooms are beautiful and the pool just as incredible.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Espiritu. The view is unmatched and the house is as shown and described. Jacqui was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the week and Yolanda took good care of the house during our stay. We’d love to return. The house is a bit far removed from the center of town or a hub of restaurants, but it is an easy taxi into town and we enjoyed the solitude.

Casa Piedra del Sol is a wonderful, beautiful, and private estate perfect for large families of all ages or groups of adults. Astutely maintained by the warm and helpful Rosita, Pauli, Tino, and JP, all eager to help from great local advice to cooking, adventuring, and keeping things ship-shape. Classic local architecture highlights the artistic eye of the owners and is inviting, comfortable, and ideally suited for the environment. So many unique spaces to gather together or hide and read! Great comfy gathering area under the central palapa, or out by the beach: hammocks, chairs, and various ways to kick back. Pool is perfect for cooling off. Each individual sleeping area is designed for privacy while inviting the fresh beautiful climate of Troncones to pass through. Loved sleeping to the roar of the ocean! Professional stove, kitchen, and grilling area for the chefs in the group! Not enough room to say how this home made our vacation special! Thank you Olatz and team for sharing!

Very peaceful for the most part some weekends were noisy. Gated and nice garden area, pool nice with splash pool. Gardener was very hard working and kept the place clean. Can sit on covered patio and watch child in pool. Owners have caretakers that are very efficient with any needs. Walk to Ixtapa was a few blocks. I would highly recommend.

My stay was pleasant, I felt at home, there was everything I needed, I liked that all the rooms have a bathroom, it was clean and picked up, the maintenance and toilet people in the house were very friendly, the pool is not very big but it meets its goal. The house is very nice, it is inside a small private area, it is quiet and secure. House cleaning does it daily, but it doesn't include kitchen cleaning, that has to be done by yourself. In general, I think the whole house is needed maintenance. Doors, bathrooms, kitchen drawers, pots, furniture, umbrellas look worn, or old. 3 minutes away is the beach (beach and clothes), it is public and there are many people, there are several water activities to do, the restaurants are good, many people pass by selling things, if you expect a quiet place without noise that beach is not ideal.

The villa is in a very quiet and safe place. It has everything to spend a few days relaxing, with a pool, and with a family. It is perfect for 6 people and has all amenities available. Darryl was aware of everything from the beginning, from check-in to recommendations to have fun. Mari who welcomed us was extremely kind. The villa has beach access easily across the marina. If they also like to jog or bike, the place is perfect to go out and do it. Recommended!!!

Very good place, the distance a little far but it was easy to access, there was a problem with the air but the host solved it quickly, very good communication with him and apart from that he gave us recommendations that we asked for, everything was very good, the house and the things that are there are not luxurious, but for the price it has what you need to be very comfortable in the residence without any problems, very good place, very quiet
