Perfect for those who want both proximity to the city and a peaceful place to retreat. The apartment has its own bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with kitchen. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two people. There is access to your own parking space, high speed internet, TV and there is the possibility of charging an electric car. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. The veranda is almost 40 square meters with good sun conditions from morning to evening during summer, and excellent view of the Northern light in the winter.
