A stream flows behind the cottage, there are fruit trees in the garden that pleasantly cool you down on hot summer days. There are plenty of activities in the area, whether hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or attractions for children.

In the main room there is a double bed, a fully equipped new kitchenette (stove, kettle, sink with hot water, fridge) and a dining table. The newly built bathroom has a sink, a flushing toilet and a shower. In front of the cottage there is a terrace with seating and a garden fireplace.
