Cozy cottage is close to skiing, downtown Boone, and Blowing Rock. You'll love the quiet neighborhood and mountain charm. You will have the entire basement (minus pottery studio) to yourself. A Keurig and French press are available for use and coffee, creamer and light breakfast items are provided. Listing price includes 2 people. A third may be added for $20/night. 3 people is the max. This is not a pet friendly property, and exceptions will not be made. Children under 12 are NOT allowed.

This is a 1,100 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with an upstairs loft, 40-foot ceilings, contemporary furniture, nice touches, and a view that has to be seen to be believed. PLR In 2022 I installed brand new floors, carpet + furniture. Well behaved dogs are welcome. No large/barking breeds. I am not offering extended stays. Internet is strong, cell phone not. I am sorry some windows don't close fully. Please prepare for your arrival and read this closely. It is dark and rugged
