Our house has been renovated with typical Salento materials. There is a small courtyard where it is pleasant to have breakfast. The house has a large kitchen, the main bathroom is large, the double bedroom has its own small bathroom. Going up the stairs, you will first find a loft with a single bed, and then you will reach the first floor, where there is another double bedroom with its own small bathroom and a wonderful, large terrace. In a few minutes by car you can reach Tricase port and Marina Serra.

The traditional Salento 'Cicale' pagliara (thatched-roof house) faces the sea and comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. Large outdoor patio with a big garden on the estate and a wonderful swimming pool shared with the other four cottages on the Scalamasciu property. Each house has its own privacy and a terrace with sea view! You can reach the descents of rocks on the sea a two-minute walk away from the property. Heaven on earth!
