You can request cleaning at a cost per occasion. It would take place between 3 pm and 4 pm.

It has a garage (for parking two cars or a van), fiber optic wifi and work table, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (the main one has a full bathroom and the other two share a full bathroom). There is a half bathroom downstairs in the living room. It is located in front of the BUAP University City, with services nearby.
