Very good! Amazing region, the house was very clean, calm environment, quiet neighborhood, a great place to relax. Very close to the waterfalls, only the road that leaves a little to be desired, as there are many stones on the way and some holes. But for the rest it was an amazing trip, it will be in memory! Reginaldo quickly answered the questions and showed his kindness, I'm sure I'll be back.

The house is excellent, wide and very comfortable. The atmosphere was clean, well organized and welcoming. A special highlight is the pool, which receives sunshine practically all day, providing great leisure time. The host, Calebe, was extremely agile and helpful in all interactions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We miss only a larger dining table, which comfortably accommodates all guests for joint meals. However, the tables and chairs available meet the needs well. The location is also a strong point: the city is large, offers a wide variety of commerce and everything is at a convenient distance from the house.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The location of the house is amazing, with a simply sensational sunset view. The house is even better than in the photos: cozy, spacious and impeccably clean. Dava wish not to leave! Daniela was extremely attentive and flexible, both at check-in and check-out, which made everything even more special. Another point that delighted us was the night sky. The number of stars, constellations and even planets we can see from the backyard is unbelievable — a true spectacle of nature! And the silence… what a peace! The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. I and my three friends lived unforgettable moments there. It was so good that we already feel like coming back. São Tomé has a lot of cool things to do, but just staying there in the house, enjoying nature, would be more than enough. Thank you for everything, Daniela. We'll definitely see you again!

Very well located house in São Tomé das Letras, in a cul-de-sac in front of the entrance of the Antônio Rosa Municipal Park. Large and cozy space and quietly held 10 people. Casa Clean and many utensils for use. There were blankets and bed linens for everyone. Quiet place without the noise of the center, but it is very close to the center (5 minutes walk). In the street there are some trades, such as grocery store, but there is a 10 minute walk there is a supermarket nearby. The hostess is very cordial and agile in her responses and was very kind in ceding the parking space for the 5 bikes of our travel group. Nothing to complain about, just compliments.

We very much liked the house, it was clean, organized and super well-equipped, it seemed better to us than in the listing. The town is very close to the center, has a steep but quiet subidice to climb. I recommend and would return.

We spent the 4-day holiday at the home of Mrs. Lindi, we love the stay, right next to the waterfall of the moon (you can walk) the road is beautiful full of nature. The house food perfectly up to 10 people, the yard is full of plants and fruit a grace. A fenced place for those carrying the pet can be quiet, home equipped with extremely clean cooking utensils. For the cost benefit super recommend, from the house to the center is approximately 20 minutes by car (due to the road conditions) but it is worth the stay. Good to bring drinking water because we had a day with the dark water due to rain and because it is well water. We would definitely return, a very private place. And the hostess made us comfortable.

The apartment is exactly the same as the pictures. Débora is pure kindness. I missed having a place to store our things and a microwave, but we managed. The location of the apartment is excellent, as it is close to all the walking tours and far enough away to rest at night without the noise of the centre. Both balconies are great, but the one in the bedroom offers an incredible view of the sunset. Both the city and Débora's house provide an environment to rest and relax. I'll definitely be back.

The stay was wonderful! When we arrived it was raining, the road was not very easy, we got stuck! Haha, but the neighbors helped us and from then on it was just joy! We got the hang of the dirt road and also the weather, we had no more difficulties. The house is BEAUTIFUL! We rested and had a lot of fun! We had morning visits from very gentle and friendly dogs that certainly brightened our mornings. The neighbors are also super welcoming, we got mangoes and chestnuts, they introduced us to the surroundings, it was awesome. Zero noise and disturbance! All windows overlook trees and plants, in the kitchen there is a window that opens to an incredible view in the distance. We loved it! Kenya was always very hospitable from the beginning, she welcomed us very well, we even stayed longer than agreed, we didn't want to leave. It was wonderful, we will definitely be back next time.

We love everything. Clean house, good location, close to the pyramid and the church square. One room is above and another underneath, the beds are super comfy.

It was my best choice. By the photos already looked great but in person it was even better. The apartment was impeccable, extremely clean, the new furniture, everything working, it has everything for a couple to enjoy their stay! The location is about 700 mts from the centrinho, for us it was great because it is quiet to rest. The garage is small (she even put the footage in the picture), my car is an Idea and it was the bill. I already have my place to stay on all my trips to São Tomé!

Our stay with Luiz was simply impeccable. Luiz welcomed us very warmly, helped us with everything we needed. The space was clean, organized, with all the necessary utensils. The shower is wonderful, the house is beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, the balcony has a clothesline, and there is a barbecue. I felt at home. It was the best place I've ever stayed. I recommend and I will definitely return!!

Vinicius and his mother Gorete are excellent hosts. They made us feel at home and part of the family. They are welcoming, kind and very attentive. They gave us tips about the city, tours and restaurants. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy, however it has a staircase that could make access difficult for people with reduced mobility. The Véu da Noiva waterfall is one of the city's great attractions and is very close to the ranch (you can walk there). The ranch is a little far from the city (about 9km), those who come without a car will need to hire private drivers to go on the other tours of the region and the center. We recommend that you try the delicacies produced on the site, such as cachaças, honey and peppers. For those who can't stay at the ranch, they sell the products at Flávio's waterfall. We'll be back soon for sure!!! More than hosts, they became our friends!

Gabe's space is simple but super comfortable, clean and tidy. Everything was impeccably tidy. It has a refrigerator (ice cold), stove, bathroom with a warm shower and a common leisure area with other rooms with a barbecue and pool table. It is close to everything, bakery, market, central square, pyramid, Polanski, bars, beverage stores, stone church…. Anyway. It became my favorite place in STL. And Gabe is a compliment in herself, she is attentive, responds on time, showed concern for our well-being at all times, and is a friendly person. It is more than recommended.
