Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Comfortable queen bed, sofa, desk, tv, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for your stay! The room is attached to a shop about 1 acre from our main house. Shop area isn’t used much, but if needed during your stay, you will be notified prior to use. Van Alstyne is a quaint small town with vintage shops and restaurants. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!
