It has state parks for fishing, mountain biking, hiking, fossil hunting etc., just 20 mins away from the property.

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Welcome to "The Little Ass Apartment" which sits on 28 acres with 3 mini donkey hosts. This apartment has everything you will need to relax indoor or out. Flower gardens around the home bloom most of the spring through fall. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!
