The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Set back from a clifftop on the Northumberland Strait, 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 1900 sq. ft. Cottage has been completely renovated inside with new kitchen, bath, flooring, all furnishings and appliances replaced. 30ft. Front deck has covered and open sections. Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, tv /w DVD player, Apple TV, surround sound stereo, full tub and shower. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. Crib available upon request.

Our property is a private & homey spot for those craving a taste of the country but still want to be close to amenities of Pictou. 5-10 min drive to: Pictou, beach, Caribou-PEI Ferry, walk/bike trail. Chickens, roosters, bunny rabbits, Golden retrievers and cats all on property. *Please note the 2nd bedroom is ONLY accessible through the first bedroom. The 3rd Bed is a double size pull out couch*

Great place to unwind. Separate entrance, bathroom and deck. We are two women living on 85 acres in rural Nova Scotia. We have four horses, chickens, two dogs and two cats. There are beautiful trails to walk through that lead you through forest and open areas, all the way to the back of the property where a stream runs through. It is quiet, peaceful and a great escape from the noise of the city.
