Ubytovanie sa nachádza v okrajovej časti mesta Trenčín v tichej lokalite, mestskej časti Záblatie. V okolí ubytovania sa nachádzajú miestne občerstvenia, kaviarne a obchod s potravinami. Oproti ubytovaniu sa nachádza zastávka MHD linky č. 3,4,5,6,13,27,31. Our accomondation is located at peripheral area of Trencin in quiet part of town, named Zablatie. Local pub, coffee house and small supermarket are available nearby facility. Bus stop is located across the street with routes 3,4,5,6,13,27,31.

The Villa is only 100 metres from the River Váh and close to the beautiful Sĺňava Water Reservoir, perfect for walking, cycling, water sports. Also nearby outdoor activities, including the wakeboard resort located only 1.8 km from the villa. Guests can enjoy a beautiful 6 km rafting route from Horná Streda to Villa Sĺňava. Transportation to the starting point can be arranged upon request. For a mountain biking enthusiasts, the popular Bike Park Kálnica is just 30 km away.
