Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Nestled 5 minutes from the city center of Saumur, the little blue house invites you to a romantic getaway or a peaceful stay for two (2 + 1 child possible). This tuffeau house, typical of the region, combines modern comfort and authenticity. Let yourself be seduced by its warm and soothing atmosphere. Outside, a "Just for you" Jacuzzi promises moments of absolute relaxation. Upon arrival, a bottle of local sparkling wine awaits you in the fridge!

XVIth century half-troglodyte manor (280 m2) lost in the countryside, at the end of a hamlet, surrounded by a large garden (7000 m2). Heated outside pool with counter-current system. Dining room with fireplace and shaded terrace, troglodyte kitchen, lounge with fireplace and videoprojector, 4 rooms (30 to 35 m2) and 2 bathrooms. The Other House was once a family home. Refurbished, while retaining its old beams and fireplace, it will offer guests all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay... It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Its large kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.
