La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

La Petite Maison

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

La Borie, Jurmilhac, exclusive country Hamlet ****

This private, fully restored stone cottage is part of a charming exclusive 16th century hamlet. Nestled between fields of barley and sunflowers, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, is it a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Borie at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

Located at the top of the village of Limeuil, just at the foot of the church where the streets are only small alleys of fresh herbs, this accommodation will offer you calm and authenticity. At the confluence of the Dordogne and the Vezere Limeuil is an old port whose commercial activity was intense. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
