The apartment was clean, private, and quiet. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The balcony is spacious with a lovely sea view. The road to the apartment building is very steep and a little tricky to find at first.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a lovely cool room with everything you could need. Luigi was always helpful and kind! The room is in a great area of town. You can walk out and see the ocean and it’s so close to the centre! Everything was perfect :)

Perfect for a short stay. Nothing was missing even if I prefer the shower box to the curtain. The space outside is comfortable and essential given the small size of the room. We had a good time.

For a family, people traveling with a car and willing to peruse the unit, it is a nice option. Few miles from downtown Vieste, you can drive to town or even ride with location- provided bikes (nice feature). The major inconvenience is the lack of an inside living room in the apartment: but this is offset by the fact that there is space in the porch to eat and relax Value for money is fair (Vieste is an expensive place for South Italy standards, but it is a beautiful location). Very familiar hostess. You immediately feel comfortable. Spacious property and spacious house. Everything was available. Please note that the house is about 5 km from town. Just as we wanted. The view from the terrace was just fantastic ! Kitchen next to it, perfect! Everything was there to cook a meal. Bedroom great and quiet at night. We absolutely loved it here.

We stayed four nights right on the beach and can recommend it for the price/value. The description is accurate. We did some of our own cooking and everything needed was available. The only downside is the hot water can run out if you take long showers.

We enjoyed the stay in the middle of the old town very much. The apartment is equipped to a good standard. The bathroom, especially the shower, was small and smelled musty. The fantastic roof terrace can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. The very good furniture and the far-reaching view of the sea and the old town are outstanding and were a real highlight. The accommodation cannot be reached by car, but the footpath over the old town pavement with the embedded steps also makes the transport of luggage a little difficult. Small luggage is then a real advantage. Wifi would have been nice. We would book the place again.

Great location, a stone's throw from Vieste and the beach but at the same time perfect for relaxing. Very kind during the check-in organized in the shortest time possible having children with us. The house is spacious, suitable without problems for 3 couples plus children, outdoor patio, really nice pool, and then a lot of good hospitality and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

We absolutely loved Angelo’s apartment and how friendly he was. It was the perfect place to unwind before having to get on the road again. Great location and close to restaurants.

Very nice apartment, spacious, very well located in the city, very well furnished. The only progress that could be made is to put an air conditioning in the large bedroom, because even pushing the air conditioning in the dining / living room, it was sometimes a little hot in the bedroom (but it's also because it was extremely hot outside!)
