Claudio and Veronica are beautiful, kind and helpful people, the house is perfect for relaxing, the sea view is beautiful, do not hesitate, book! I recommend staying with them, the villa is well cared for, childrens pool, guarded parking, a real pleasure, they provide lots of tips and agreements to fully enjoy your vacation.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Clean cozy house with own garden. Easy Check-in and checkout.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. A cute little house in the countryside in a very quiet area

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us

Very nice apartment, perfectly clean and very spacious, on two floors, with two terraces. It is in all respects as advertised, and the bedding is impeccable. It is located in the most pleasant neighborhood of Bari, very quiet, with small white buildings. We are close to the old town so pretty, the beach facing the lighthouse island, the lively central square. Mary and her husband are very responsive and welcoming. The area is splendid, we spent 4 wonderful days at the end of September, pleasantly warm and much quieter than July or August.

Mrs. Maria is an exceptional guest, the Studio is very clean and very comfortable, everything new and functional. I highly recommend it. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

We loved our stay at La Perla in Termoli. The apartment is located in the beautiful alleys within the old centre and walking distance to the passiagiata street where so many walk in the evenings - shopping, eating gelato and dining in the many restaurants and bars. Vibrant! The beach was being set up for the Lido’s for the summer season - with many enjoying the sun, sea and sand with the great weather. Thanks to Maurizio and Mirella - and their son for providing such a lovely apartment, and for going above and beyond to assist at check in. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. Newly renovated apartment so everything is new with architectural solutions that take advantage of every inch in an intelligent way. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus that made a difference for the size of the apartment. Air conditioning in both the living room and the sleeping area was a lifesaver with these August temperatures.

Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful house, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available with us and helped us move around the island and introduced us to other magnificent people. From the start, he gave us his love for the island and made us fall in love, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I would come back tomorrow.

We had a very good month at the house. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean, located in a charming village, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Pietraroja and the entire Matese region are extraordinary, people are friendly. Gianni is a perfect, helpful host. Despite the heat, the house was pleasantly cool. If you love mountains and an authentic community, you'll need to visit this place.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps away from the sea. Everything is available in terms of equipment. You can use both a terrace for yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the very best part of our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a heartfelt, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very sweet dog and is a good time, so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Marco and Alisa are very friendly and pleasant hosts, reserved but immediately responsive if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay in her apartment. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, top Wi-Fi. The apartment is in the center of Mafalda and you can easily walk to bakers, butchers, small very well equipped supermarket, pizzeria and a bar in 5 minutes. By car, you have about 25 minutes to the sea and within a 1 hour drive, many destinations in Abruzzo can be reached both in the mountains and by the sea. We absolutely recommend the apartment of the two.
