The house was incredible, the rooftop terrace was a great retreat for my children, and proximity to the beach was great. But best of all. was the housekeeper, Ms. Sadie. Ms. Sadie was not only a great cook and very accommodating making a variety of great plant based alkaline meals, desserts, frozen drinks, and sweet treats. The place was cleaned daily and meals and snacks made fresh. I cant say enough about Ms. Sadie, she made this already awesome house feel like HOME!! I would definitely recommend this home to any family desiring a personalized private retreat and vacation experience.

Roots villa is a magical spot. and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, spacious with an excellent view of the carribean sea. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a large window with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff that are included are very friendly and make excellent, authentic jamaican food. It's well situated, especially if you choose to do some of the most popular excursions, for example it's right by the glistening waters and dunns river falls is only a 30min drive. The beach near- by is crystal clear with great snorkeling and never crowded. Lastly, the Villa is in a gated community and feels very safe. Overall our family had a marvelous stay at Roots Villa. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Great location and beautiful surroundings. We have a great time and is worth a visit. Highly recommended! The only thing I can suggest to the owners - is to renovate the place (specifically a kitchen).

We stayed at Rejuve villa for 2 nights, it’s walking distance from a lovely white sand turquoise water Beach At Duncans Bay. The villa is spacious with an open layout, sea breeze and trees makes for a comfortable temperature all the time. Lovely out door areas, hammocks under the well shaded verandah and back yard with a nice lawn. In general everything was very clean and well kept, both inside and out. There’s an automatic gate and parking for several vehicles. Sophie made everything easy, I would definitely return in the future. Rohan

Island Breeze was even better than I ever imagined. It is a perfect beach house on a perfect, Caribbean beach. The area is very safe and quiet and the beach is almost always empty so it felt like our own island paradise. Joan the housekeeper was warm and friendly and a fantastic cook. She even shared her recipes and gave me lots of tips so I am going to try my hand at her dishes when I get home. We stayed here with our kids for a few days, before heading to one of the all inclusive hotels, and I wish we had stayed longer at Island Breeze. Absolute paradise and I cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, you should stay here. It is heavenly.

Exford is a great host. The house was very clean and better than pictured. It certainly met our expectations and our bridal party enjoyed the time spent there. Exford was very considerate and allowed us a very flexible check in and Check out. His property manager Joshua seems to live onsite but was very respectful of our space and helpful with any concerns. Would certainly recommend!

This was my second time booking this private villa and once again they did not disappoint! Lisa is the best host she is very accommodating, responsive and makes sure that you have everything you could need and want. Lisa also kept me up to date if any issues arrived or any changes. The property was beautiful and spotless. Chef Jay definitely know his way around the kitchen as the food was amazing! Butler Ricky was also awesome never even had to ask for a drink as he was right there with a new one. Driver Omar is the best very friendly and accommodating has a way of making you feel comfortable and at home. Our stay was a birthday celebration and Lisa worked with me to put together a a birthday dinner with beautiful decorations. 10/10 highly recommend. Definitely will be back.

From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, the home is everything we wanted in a vacation home. It was very spacious, breezy & serene. The lush landscape, full of fruit trees & greenery added to the tropical feel. The pool & tennis court was an added bonus. Overall one of the best features of this home was the STAFF! Chef Sheree, Winston & Kira were so helpful and pleasant they made us feel as if we were family. The dishes chef created were all de-li-cious! Even our pickiest eaters enjoyed every meal. A big thank you also to our host Kimberly who was very responsive & accomodating. Our stay was truly an amazing & wonderful experience. It was another memorable experience for my family and I. We will definitely book this amazing home again!

Ed's place exceeded expectations. He was warm and hospitable from the beginning. The home is lovely and suitable for a large group. Special shout-out to Queen and Gween who took care of my group in the best way. The place was always clean and the food was great. The location is about 15-20 away from the airport and downtown Montego Bay so I would recommend getting a vehicle or utilize the transportation serve offered by them. Overall, a great experience.

Well Well Well I must say that our stay at Sweet Dreams was indeed as the name suggests - SWEET. Frank, the Super Host, provided outstanding personal attention to my family, making our trip even more memorable. The prevailing sentiment among my family members was feeling safe and at peace in this beautiful home. I highly recommend taking advantage of the chef's services at the Airbnb, as the prices at local restaurants in the tourist town are relatively high. Although the stove had only two functional burners, it did not hinder our cooking experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Stanley, who ensured that our needs were met. His attentiveness made us feel like part of the family. I wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Dreams to any traveler seeking a charming, secure, and peaceful experience. Also Zizzy was a honorable host as well.

Gary’s place was conveniently located to main attractions on the north east side of Jamaica. Chef Camille was excellent and with a group of seven, there was plenty of space. Highly recommend for those looking to explore tourist and non tourist experiences on that side of JamRock.

Celebrated our son’s 30th birthday at the Villa . Wayne was always on top of things with any questions I asked . The house was amazing Rowan & Suzie are Top Notch !! Will definitely be booking in the future !

I stayed at Belfont for my birthday weekend with friends and absolutely loved it. Although we had a small hiccup with the power, our host Anthony was incredibly proactive and got everything sorted quickly. The layout and decor of the house were stunning, and the peaceful, scenic surroundings made for the perfect relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind in style. Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

As soon as you step onto Miss P’s place the stress begins to melt away. Greetings by the friendly staff paved the way for a carefree time. I visited with my daughter and her bestie for a triple Virgo birthday celebration. The place is well appointed, which included everything from sunscreen, Off bug repellant, to a blow dryer for my fro-hawk. The 2 minute walk to the beach and delicious food prepared by the staff laid the foundation for the Zen we needed. The biggest decision we made was what to have for lunch! I ran every morning around the quiet neighborhood. My young adult travel companions loved it!! and are already lobbying to make it annual event. Highly Recommend!

When we arrived, staff was waiting for us with beautiful smiles and welcomes. The view is absolutely beautiful and the house very clean. The purpose of this vacation was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and R & R. The chef made a cake and with the view the R & R was very easy. The only downfall was the weather (it rained a lot) but we made the best of it because it was still warm. Worth every penny and very pleased.

Beautiful home for our Christmas family reunion. Vanessa was an amazing help with cleaning and organizing mealtime. The lovely room set up, allowed for our local Chef Richard 808.8953 to stay on the 1st floor so we had fresh breakfast every morning and came home to dinner in the evenings. Chukka Good Hope was 30 minutes away for excursions. It was an amazing stay. My family said it the best Christmas they’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend.

This was first stay at this beautiful property, and , it felt just like home. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea and sand anytime. The home itself is lovely, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The host is warm and accommodating, always making sure everything is just right. A special mention to Karlene and Marva, who are helpful and kind and also amazing cook! I truly can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning. One love:)

Eftihia was at the villa when we arrived and extremely welcoming. She and her husband were the best hosts we've ever experienced. They answered all our questions and and drove us to the markets in Duncan's Bay often. Their chef/housekeeper Roxanne was a delight cooking great Jamaican meals and introducing us to native fruits and popular Jamaican seafood. Everything about the villa was just as described with a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept, large bedrooms and bathrooms, several outside sitting areas, including a gazebo which we used daily. The beach was literally a minute to walk. My husband and I would vacation at her villa again!
