The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . For active people, a tennis court, a soccer field, and a basketball hoop ( graphics of use available on site ).

For lovers of atmospheric places. A clean, spacious and bright studio apartment in a historic Art Nouveau building of a former consulate, with high ceilings and a view of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, over our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

Next to the housing estate is Łynostrada, a beautiful bike route stretching for kilometers along the Łyna River. In a few minutes, we can reach the charming lake of Długi from the apartment. A great place to get away from the city and work in a rural feel. Our dog was in the 7th sky (the whole area is fenced). If a country vacation with my great-grandfathers looked like this, I would definitely take them away more often :). I sincerely recommend!

The property is exactly the same as in the photos, it is in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and at the same time off the beaten path. A great option for people who don't want to waste time commuting to the centre. A big plus is the balcony, from which you can admire the nice view of the park and the old town. Quick and pleasant contact, easy check-in/check-out option. Recommended! :)

We had a super nice stay in Pani Ewas Haus. The cottage is cozy, very well equipped and is located directly on the lake – the view is really great. We especially liked the dinners on the terrace, the fireplace and the pedal boat! Thank you also for the good and uncomplicated communication! If we come to Masuria again, we will gladly book this house again!

I definitely recommend Mr. Grzegorz's place. The cottage met all our expectations, the photos cannot reflect the beauty of the place, the cottage, the garden and the area. The instructions were clear, the host was communicative and available whenever we had additional questions. We will definitely return to Sask Maly in the future!

It is very difficult to describe how wonderful was our stay at Borys'. His house was just gorgeous and the surroundings divine. We were very cosy and comfortable in the lovely house. Borys himself is the most generous, kind and welcoming person and we loved our stay so much that we did not want to leave. The house is surrounded by a gorgeous forest which was covered with snow during our stay. We could walk to the lake which was frozen white. We loved the beautiful black sheep and of course the two dogs and a cat. We are already making plans to return to this enchanting place.

It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the nature. Lake in a walking distance of approximately five minutes and plenty of forest to explore. It was our second stay and probably not the last one. Highly recommended.
