Guests will find the apartment right in the city center. It has its own covered parking space and offers peace, a themed interior and maximum comfort. It is 50m2 large including a loggia and a parking space in the building. It is located in a safe and quiet location, but at the same time only 5 minutes' walk from the city center. You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The family house on the outskirts of the city offers an ideal combination of nature and accessibility to the center. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor sauna and hot tub, barbecuing on the terrace with a fireplace or relaxing in the large fenced garden. A great choice for families, cyclists and groups of friends. Quiet location, privacy and comfort – the perfect place for relaxation and celebrations. There are 6 fixed beds available in the house. However, the number of persons is not limited. It is not a problem to arrange your own sleeping, for example, on the ground or in a tent.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Okolí je ideální pro houbaření, cyklistiku, turistiku. Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.
