Franklin is an amazing location for exploring the West Catskills and includes many breweries, restaurants, hiking trails and antique shops. We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

Take a breath at Peakes Brook Cabin, our cozy and private cabin on a pond, with the brook steaming beside it. Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! A project over 3 years in the making. (Stayed tuned for new pics)

This historic gem underwent a meticulous restoration in 2021, marrying its saw mill heritage with contemporary luxuries, including a Nest thermostat, smart speakers, keyless entry, and fast wifi. Original exposed post and beam construction and Scandinavian-inspired design make for a unique and cozy atmosphere.

Tucked away on 7 secluded acres (yet just 10 min to town), this cozy cabin is the perfect place to relax and make memories with family and friends. Soak in the hot tub, play corn hole, gather around the fire pit beneath a starlit sky, or unwind with a movie on the 8-foot projector screen. Enjoy a peaceful picnic by the creek and take in breathtaking sunsets from the balcony.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Lily Pad by the Ponds

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

If you are looking for a secluded place to escape, you've found it. This Private Log Cabin is on 47 Acres with a spectacular view down the valley in the Catskill Mountains. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.
