Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Una seconda scala in ferro nero, conduce al soppalco intermedio dove è organizzato lo studio. La balaustra diventa il piano di lavoro e si affaccia dalla doppia altezza. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto con bagno interno. I pavimenti sono in cemento resinato e parte con mattonelle in pastina di cemento di recupero; il piano superiore è rifinito con parquet. La casa è dotata di climatizzazione invernale ed estiva, connessione wifi, Tv e lavastoviglie. A pochi chilometri c'è la spiaggia di Porto Palo (Bandiera Blu) con possibilità di gite in barca, voli con ultraleggeri e affitto bici. Nei dintorni, a meno di 25 minuti di auto, si può giocare a golf nello splendido Golf Verdura Resort. Sono facilmente raggiungibili i siti archeologici più importanti di Sicilia: Selinunte (15 minuti), Cave di Cusa (25 minuti), Segesta (45 minuti), Eraclea Minoa (40 minuti) e Agrigento e "Scala dei Turchi" (50 minuti) Da visitare: la città di Sciacca, Sambuca di Sicilia (Borgo più bello d'Italia 2016), il Parco Letterario di Tomasi di Lampedusa a Santa Margherita (15 minuti), il “cretto di Burri" a Gibellina (30 minuti), lo Stagnone di Marsala (Mothia), le Saline e la città di Trapani, Erice (tutti a circa 60 minuti di auto) La città è ben collegata con gli aereoporti Falcone Borsellino di Palermo e Trapani Birgi entrambi raggiungibili in un'ora di auto.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away.
