It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is is located in the central park of Ljubljana, on the verge of the woods, where you are likely to come across deer and hares. The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
