This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park. Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

This compact, two-story unit has 1 queen bed in a loft and 1 twin daybed in the same room, full bath, kitchenette, and balcony overlooking the King’s River and organic orchards. Coffee + tea are provided. Pickleball, tennis, and river access for your enjoyment.

Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.
