It is a perfect space to relax as a couple, with family, with a group of friends, or to work remotely. The house is 10 minutes from the center of the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha, 15 minutes from the city of Águeda and 20 minutes from Aveiro, 30 minutes from the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra. It is also about 1 hour from Porto and Coimbra.

Casa da Salgada

A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.
