Holiday houses in Trask River

We spent so much time enjoying our view, whale watching and following the sun go down each night. We couldn’t get enough of it. Perfect location for visiting multiple attractions, bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy, safe and spacious. Having both a washer/dryer is very important to us and it worked great. Host was gracious and responded quickly to our request to check in a little early. Highly recommend and hope to make this an annual visit.

This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

Bryan was a wonderful host. Very attentive and helpful. The house was everything we imagined and more. Clean and with plenty of amenities. And the beds were heavenly. Our kids loved the variety of activities at the house, especially the hot tub and large yard for playing football. We hit some of the recommended sites and places Bryan provided us and they did not disappoint. Wanda’s was a favorite and we explored Cannon Beach for the first time. Cute costal town. Would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay.

Joanne’s beach house is truly an Airbnb, not just a vacation rental. This is one of those houses where you immediately feel at home and comfortable in and everything you could possibly need is there. The view is lovely and location is convenient but what makes this place truly special is the host. Joanne was extremely kind and friendly. We felt genuinely cared for during our stay. Our family of four along with our dog Charlie made so many great memories here. We love Manzanita area and this was a great base. Easy walk to beach and to town from the beach. We all slept soundly and made good use of the pool table, DVD collection and the fireplace. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck and taking in the birdsong. We cooked many meals and had all we needed in the kitchen. Joanne spoiled us with local coffee and chocolate as well. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for me and my friends! Very close proximity to the beach, and stunning views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to breakfast and it was easy driving to other locations along the coast. 10/10 definitely would recommend!!

Heidi was an amazing host. We had a great stay at this place and would definitely come back when in the area. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Family illness prevented us from getting to Scott's place. He was kind and understanding as we kept him updated every 24 hours and he returned our cleaning fee. I had to fill out the airbnb ratings to get to this place to comment even though we never make it to Neskowin. From Scott's kindness, patience, and presence on the phone, I trust his home was great! He has a very generous cancellation plan, yet, our family situation demanded that we all stay with our loved one somewhere else at the last minute. I would book again if our family needs a place to gather on the ocean.

This was our 3rd visit to Capehaven. We love the house, the ocean view, and accessibility to the beach. We come here with our grown children, and have such a wonderful time. We will be back!

These tiny homes are a fantastic getaway spot. We're definitely returning!
