The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. There are 2 small loft room, ( aprox. 9 sqm/each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden, 10- 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Please pay attention that this a loft and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studio. One of the room will be yours, not all of them, of course.
