Liv`s beach-house ligger på det idylligste stedet Bøvær - 50 m fra ei fantastisk 750 m lang sandstrand. Fra balkongen kan du nyte utrolige solnedganger og flammende nordlys. Langs veien til tettstedet Skaland - 4 km - står naturopplevelsene i kø - hvite sandstender - hav og fjellformasjoner - turen går langs havet. Hytta ligger ved Storvann Syd, 25 min.kjøretur sør for Harstad.ca 35 min fra Evenes flyplass.Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger i hovedetasjen og dobbelseng på hemsen. Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,
