Back house, excellent. It has a private patio behind and in front, fenced, and independent. It has a covered parking lot at the kiosk and also a space that can be used, using part of the pergola. The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

The washing machine is available upon request. Bed and bath linens are not provided. The place is quite quiet, close to the center, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and a gym.
