The house is fully equipped with TV, air conditioning and other essentials, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. It's the perfect place for families with children and also for those who want to bring their four-legged friends! Space with swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, all with air conditioning, full kitchen for 14 people and utensils.

Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.
