The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Our property is a great place to recharge your batteries while visiting the Loiret, castles and enjoying the wines of the Loire Valley. Close to the state forest for walks or bike rides. Nearby, fishing is practiced in the pond, the Loire or the Orléans Canal.
