Caribou on Lovund (Helgeland)

Here you can rent a cozy cabin with electricity and running water during the period May to September (with the exception of July). The island of Lovund is a neat 5km² and 625 meters high. There are only buildings on the northeast side of the island, while the rest of the island is a great hiking area. Top hikes on Lovundfjellet and Nøva (lillefjellet), walk to Risneset, Vassvika, Hestvika, Heirsan, Lundeura, Hamnholmvalen (bathing area) and the tour around the island (demanding hike) are recommended. Must be rented for at least 3 nights and you must clean up after yourselves on departure.

Centrally located house in beautiful Lovund with a sunny plot and everything within walking distance. The house has 3 bedrooms (two with a 140 cm bed and one with a 150 cm bed), a newly renovated bathroom, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, and an attic room where extra beds can be placed if needed. A short distance to the beach, shop, café, coffee bar, pub and restaurant. Great hiking opportunities, the puffin colony, and rental of SUP boards and bicycles are also within walking distance. A perfect starting point to experience Lovund!
