Sultan Murat Plateau, Demirkapı Plateau and Yedigöller, one of the most beautiful plateaus of the Eastern Black Sea Region, are 30 km away. We have 4 houses for rent in the building. The entire road is asphalt and can be easily reached by any type of passenger vehicle.

It is in a seafront location and has a garden and seating in front of the building, there is a road to get down to the sea, the people who live in the building are the same family and warm people . There is a place for children to sit comfortably, day and night, and there is space to swim in the summer, and there is fishing with fishing facilities, it is located close to the highway and the city center
