The bright and cosy space is on the first floor of a characterful old building, across the road from Sefton Park and surrounded by trees, offering a comfortable stay. I have quite a collection of musical instruments, some more precious than others - if you want to play any of them please just ask me first. Explore, shop and dine at the city's best attractions then come back for a cosy evening and a peaceful sleep. The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the ground floor, has free street parking out front and a patio garden.

We welcome you to our lovely cottage which was built in 1850 and bursting with character ( it was originally a coach house). It sits around the corner from Lark Lane and less than 10 mins from the city centre You will have the entire home to yourself and it has 3 bedrooms, a stylish bathroom,a newly fitted kitchen and a cloakroom toilet downstairs. We are happy to host workers, those visiting family or tourists but we are not suitable for large groups attending for parties/celebrations
