Get away from it all at Cozy Cove Cabin, a quiet lakefront (Lake Hartwell) property. One bedroom lofted barn style cabin. It has a full kitchen and a loft area for the kids. We are 16 min from Clemson University for all those home games. Why pay for a hotel when you can enjoy peace and quiet on the lake. Shared outdoor covered kitchen w/picnic tables, Blackstone & Pit Boss grills, sink, fire pit, corn hole game. Well behaved pets allowed. $50 fee PER PET per stay.

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party, no groups ages 26 and younger. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and may visit you.

With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
