What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Our stay was simply PERFECT. Lynn is a super host, and the property was so well equiped. I stayed there for a much needed girls night, and we were all amazed at how well stocked the house was and how beautifully renovated and clean. And to top it all off a gorgeous enclosed back garden for my fur baby. We will definitely be back 🙌

Clean rooms and bathroom, stylish furniture, silent and safe surroundings and fantastic location to access Shelly beach and Long Jetty. Everything was awesome including a guidance from the friendly host.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

An escape from reality is what we were after, Todd provided! Todd's place in Copacabana was our home away from home. Our whippet 'Willow' had fun in the fenced yard, may have been too inquisitive of the herb garden and trampled the rosemary... sorry about that! Our morning walk to the café on the beach provided us with the caffeine to explore this beautiful suburb. Obsessed with the vibe of Todd's home, giving us inspiration to style our own place! Todd was very friendly, always replying quickly and giving us a heads up for the weather. We recommend Todd's slice of heaven to any families and their furry friends!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had such a lovely stay – the place was warm and cosy, perfect for a relaxing family retreat. It’s in a quiet bush setting but still super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Merewether Beach and Hickson Street Lookout. We loved taking our dogs for walks along Merewether Beach and even found a great dog-friendly café nearby – the perfect spot for an early brekkie and sunrise. The lookout was stunning at sunset, though dogs aren’t allowed there, so we left ours in the car for a short while. The cottage has a big wooden table out on the deck, and we really enjoyed having lunch there, listening to the frogs singing while the dogs explored the garden. Such great value for a pet-friendly getaway. Thanks so much, Stewart!

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. The place itself was stunning and it was filled with beautiful and thoughtful touches such a bottle of wine and breakfast food ready - even fresh eggs! Victoria met us and walked us through the place and even let us check out late. We’d definitely recommend this place.

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Pauline's place. It had everything we needed, and was the perfect base for us and our dog to explore the surrounding area. They were great hosts, communicative and forthcoming with various recommendations.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay over the weekend. The room was clean, and premises well kept. The bedroom and beds are comfortable and spacious. The backyard s large and secure for our pups to play in and it’s a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful providing us a guide to great local food. My family of four and our pups had a great holiday weekend here and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. 10/10 would visit and stay again.

This stay was absolutely perfect for a couples getaway! Every amenity you could ever think of is at your finger tips, as well as a spotless place to stay. Unfortunately it was raining, but it would have been a great location if sunny and able to go to the beach!

Exceeded our expectations: spacious living areas and uncluttered, tasteful décor and comfortable clean beds. The layout of the rooms was perfect for our needs. Located within walking distance from the shops was a huge bonus. Easy check-in and out. Our host, Emily, was very welcoming and helpful.

Loved the uninhibited view across the water/harbour and the domain in front of the property. Lovely and private. We were a bit early but Sandra was so accommodating and pleasant. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't use any of the food she had there for us but we really did appreciate the beautiful gesture - made us feel very much at home. Thank you Sandra! Absolutely brilliant place to stay, whether it be with family or friends! Rohan was an amazing host, and helped us out with all of our issues. He was honest and proactive in some tricky situations, and was able to make our stay a peaceful and memorable one. Budgewoi is a great area and the house has a brilliant view of the lake, with wonderful kayaking opportunities. The images provided were pretty accurate. I'd highly recommend visiting here if you're considering it!
