Pleasant studio, new 25 m2 in an old house under renovation. You will have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees (including the Cagire). A large balcony of more than 20 m2 which is included in the rental of the studio with a table and garden furniture. The house includes a plot of 7000m2 that you can enjoy if you wish and which is common to us too, since we live (young retirees) in the house. Close to the motorway 10 minutes and 1 hour from Toulouse and Foix.
