A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Vipava Valley is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing or just chilling. It has best starting point to visit most of Slovenija. Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.
