Beachfront holiday rental in Tortoreto Lido

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Small and beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and equipped for any eventuality. A stone's throw from the sea, the centre, everything. Beautiful furnishings. This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also gave us a can of oil he made. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Great experience!!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

We had a great time at Villagio Tibiceco. The apartment is simple but clean. You can hear the street, the highway and the train, but the monotonous noises didn't bother us. The view on the slope is magnificent. The beach and pool are also well maintained and quickly reached. There was nothing in the apartment when we arrived, things for daily use (sponge, soap, oil, ...) must be brought or bought locally. We are more than happy to recommend.

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful view of the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic centre of Montepagano. Unforgettable holiday and to be recommended to everyone

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. A stone's throw from the sea, a quiet area, in a few words the cure-all for those who need rest and relaxation. Fabulous week! Together with my husband, our three-year-old daughter and our 14-year-old dog, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. There has never been a pleasant breeze that refreshes the whole house without needing to turn on the air conditioning, the house is super clean and super functional, it is more spacious than it may seem in the photo and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very kind paolo in the directions on the phone, and Valeria is super available for any advice and to solve any type of need. Third floor without an elevator but we had no problem going up and down with the old lady and with the baby, so promoted and highly recommended! Hope to come back ♥️

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again. Giulia

Lovely spacious, sunny apartment. Lots of little extras. Beautifully clean, very comfortable, nice terrace, air con works really well. 10 mins walk from station, supermarket a few steps away. Very easy to walk to centre and beach

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)
