Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Welcome to our studio located in the heart of Nevers, a few steps from all shops and in the historic centre. You can enjoy the tranquility offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you can relax in peace. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers. Bicycles welcome!

A stone's throw from the start of the Loire by bike, 10 minutes from Nevers and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)

Escape to Bec d'Allier, which is located at the confluence of the Loire and Allier rivers. This peaceful haven offers direct access to the beach and many walking paths. The starting point of the Loire by bike is 200 m away. Nearby, rent canoes to explore the longest river in France or join the stables of the Reserve for an equestrian getaway. The village of Apremont and its floral park is 8 km away.
