In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. This year we want to share our home with guests and hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

The house "Perla dell 'Acquaviva" , in the middle of the Otranto-Leuca natural park , offers an enviable private access to the sea and the privilege of entering the waters of the cove through a comfortable rocky staircase different from the other bathers. The "Villa 4 Elementi" was lovingly renovated in 2022 by 3 friends from Germany and furnished in a modern boho style. The large veranda/terrace with lounge and large dining table is the heart of the house. From here you have beautiful views of the large pool and the magnificent landscape with olive trees. The villa itself has been designed with a lot of love for detail and high-quality materials.
