Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed. Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo. Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage. Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area. Very nice to have is the Grohe "pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. En rymlig hörnvåning med ett stort vardagsrum och två stora sovrum, där alla rum har utgång till den generösa terrassen, i sydväst läge. Fullt utrustat kök. Två badrum som båda har dusch med ”vattenfall”. Direkt när du kommer in i denna takvåning så ser du den vackra havsutsikten. Det rymliga vardagsrummet flödar i ljus från en hel fönstervägg med helglasade fönsterdörrar ut mot terrassen. Vardagsrummet rymmer både en stor bäddsoffa, två bekväma fåtöljer och matgrupp för upp till 6 personer. Vardagsrummet har en stor (55 tums) Smart-TV, med inbyggd Chromecast. Från vardagsrummet kommer man till köket som också har en stor helglasad fönsterdörr ut till terrassen.
