You will stay in a south-West oriented corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter a spacious living room via the hallway with its fitted wardrobes, a safe and a small desk. Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed. Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo. Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage. Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area. Very nice to have is the Grohe "pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. Fall into a rejuvenating sleep on the soft matrasses with topper, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed textiles, duvet and ironed sheets. You will keep cool with the airconditioning or the ceiling ventilator in the bedrooms. You will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds on the other side of the apartment. You can pull out 2 more single beds. You will have the same comfort as in the other bedroom bacause your sleep is important. There is free parking in front of and around the building. It is possible to host 4 adults and 4 children: please ask for it. For longer stays (as from 2 weeks) we leave 1 extra change of linnen and towels. Extra cleaning during your stay on availablitiy: 80€. No parties nor noise at night.

Welcome to this magnificent penthouse with panoramic views that has everything! Newly renovated and in top condition! A spacious corner apartment with a large living room and two large bedrooms, all rooms opening onto the generous terrace, facing southwest. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, both with a waterfall shower. Directly as you enter this penthouse you will see the beautiful sea view. The spacious living room is flooded with light from a full-length window wall with fully glazed French doors opening onto the terrace. The living room has a large sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a dining area for up to 6 people. The living room has a large (55-inch) Smart TV with built-in Chromecast. From the living room, you enter the kitchen, which also has a large fully glazed French door leading out to the terrace. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine. The terrace, which runs at an angle along the entire apartment, is very spacious and has large French doors to all rooms and the kitchen. The terrace has space for two sofa sets with tables. There is also a dining area and a sun lounger on the spacious terrace. A large terrace to really enjoy! Then there is a separate bedroom area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds and views of the city, the mountains and Plaza Costa del Sol. One bedroom has a bed that is 180 cm wide and can be separated into two beds. The large bedroom also has an extra TV with Chromecast and a comfortable workspace. The other bedroom has a bed that is 160 cm wide. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for storing clothes. The larger bathroom also has a wide 150 cm walk-in shower and a vanity with a mirror with dimmable lighting. Cleaning cabinets are available with everything you could need. The apartment has high speed fiber Wi-Fi. Perfect if you're looking to work, or stream movie and music. This penthouse, which is also a corner apartment, has all the amenities you need for a perfect holiday! The whole apartment is at the guest's disposal.
