Spacious house with ample outdoor space on two levels and in front of the Maldives of Salento beach. On the mezzanine floor, a large kitchen-living room has a sofa bed and the first bathroom. On the lower floor, bright and airy, there are the 3 double bedrooms, each with access to private internal courtyards, and the second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, the large patio with sea view covered by a wooden gazebo and equipped with table, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Casa spaziosa con ampio spazio esterno posta su due livelli e di fronte al lido Maldive del Salento. Al piano rialzato un'ampia cucina-soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e il primo bagno. Al piano inferiore, luminoso e arieggiato, ci sono le 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con accesso a cortili interni privati, e il secondo bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno l'ampio patio con vista mare coperto da gazebo in legno e dotato di tavolo, sedie, lettini, barbecue e doccia esterna.

Benvenuti in Casa Melograno, un'abitazione ampia e speriamo accogliente, ma certamente con una bellissima vista mare ed un grande giardino per ospitare fino ad un massimo di 4 persone. Poco distante ci sono bar, market, trattorie ed il porto turistico. A soli 2 km vi sono bellissime spiagge sabbiose, ma anche straordinarie calette di roccia bassa ed insenature con grotte marine. La casa è semplice e spaziosa, il giardino ben curato e con area relax, piccola piscina, BBQ, zona pranzo coperta.
