Completely renovated apartment in Pärnu beach district with a sunny balcony. The apartment has an air-source heat pump that provides heating and cooling. The spacious bedroom has a wide double bed, and there are fold-out armchair beds in both the bedroom and the living room. The apartment is suitable for two people (+ children) to stay comfortably. The kitchenette has a stove and oven with a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook and enjoy your food. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking is free for guests. Parties are not allowed.

The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
