Beachfront holiday rental in Tor San Lorenzo

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

Francesca's apartment is in a great location. The balcony is amazing, you can look at the sea. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Francesca went smoothly. Thank you, we had a nice time.

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

It was a great place to stay- perfect for us. 50m to the beach, right across the street from a delicatessen and lots of nice restaurants in the surrounding area. The roof terrace is great and we enjoyed it very much. By train you can be in Rome for €1.50 in about 40 minutes, it can't be better. Salvatore is a great host, with lots of good tips and always helpful. We felt extremely comfortable with him, and would be happy to come back.

The stay was great. Especially the location is amazing. Directly on the beach and still so easy to drive with the train to rome. The apartment was pretty clean and in good condition. Just important to know. the bed has a very soft mattress, we sleep better on a harder matrass. But that is for sure a personal preference The communication was amazing and Camilla was very caring. Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

A great place to stay in

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in a welcoming and well-organized environment. Thank you so much for everything!

Fiumicino is ver peaceful. This location is right across from the beach and the whole strip is full of restaurants that you can walk to. I traveled to Rome and Florence from here, and it wasn’t a hassle. Even exploring Fiumicino was easy and cool. I know the summer time in this area is a blast! Locals will help you for the most part. You are walking distance from the bus and the convenience to ADR airport is the best part. Our host was very nice and welcoming. Her communication made our stay and comfortable a breeze. The inside is very cute, and clean. All appliances you need to eat,cook and even shower is available :) The area is quiet all day. I’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia

I stayed here for a week while visiting Rome before my cruise, and I loved the peaceful and private location. David was incredibly helpful, providing directions for check-in and local recommendations. When the internet went out one night, he promptly arranged for a technician to fix it the next morning.
