Emma was a lovely and accommodating host, making it easy for us to extend our stay when our plans changed. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to fantastic parks and cafes. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

A great place to stay, close to Queens Park and the city. Peaceful and private with excellent dining options within walking distance. Jess was an awesome host, very helpful, and extremely patient with us at check out time.

Could not recommend this Airbnb more highly, was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at for work purposes. Newly renovated house, the comfiest beds you will ever find with great linen to match, well stocked and designed kitchen ready, two seperate lounge areas. I was extremely satisfied with this stay. At first, I was drawn in by the Airbnb photos. I had never heard of Hirstglen before, and honestly, I booked it just for this beautiful cottage. To my surprise, the house was surrounded by a fenced yard, perfect for my furry friend to run around in. Outside that, there was an even larger fenced area where we could hike and enjoy the scenery, accompanied by friendly cows along the way. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated by the hostess, featuring a charming countryside style that I love—vintage wall tiles, kitchenware, retro window frames, and stained glass. The blend of old and new in every corner brought me joy and a deep sense of relaxation. It's a feeling you just can't get from a boutique hotel. We enjoyed a bonfire, marveled at the starry sky unpolluted by city lights, and went apple picking in Stanthorpe. It was a wonderful family trip.

Cooyar country comfort. What a wonderful little cottage in a beautiful rural QLD town, we felt worlds away from the hustle and bustle of sunny coast life and that was exactly what we were after.

I was traveling for work and this place was perfect, clean, comfortable and just as described. Check-in was super easy and it had everything I needed for a smooth, relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing weekend. Banksia was beautiful , lovely and with homely touches everything was very clean and tidy would recommend and we are planning to stay next time in Toowoomba.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Such an incredible house, beautifully renovated and styled. We loved using the sauna, hot tub and pool. The doggos also loved the huge yard to run around in. We can’t wait to come back again!

Such a beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Peaceful and private and clean and comfortable with anything you need. The loveliest bathroom tiles! Very responsive and helpful hosts, especially as a last minute reservation. The cows add a fun touch. Nice and close to town but far enough away. Honestly so great!!

Comfortable motel that is perfectly positioned to visit the parks participating in Carnival of Flowers. Friendly staff who are very happy to help with any question. LOVED that we could bring our dog without any restrictions on size or where he was allowed.

Terri was fabulous to deal with. I needed somewhere to stay when the cyclone hit and she was so accommodating. Nothing was a problem and I had great faith in my communication with her that my stay would be hassle and anxiety free which it was. I felt at home as the studio was clean, modern and had everything that you would need to stay for a few days. The only down side? I had to go home and clean away the flooding in my house and debris!! Which that was as easy as staying at Terri's place! 10 out of 10 Terri and thank you for your hospitality. Regards Vicki xxx

The house was as advertised and exactly what our extended family needed to attend a wedding in Toowoomba. Only 10 minutes from the wedding venue in a quiet rural location. May not suit people who want to be close to CBD action, but was great for us.

Great stay. Very accommodating hosts. Clean and tidy and good for a dog.

Beautiful private country cottage. Perfect for our stay with two dogs with very safe fenced yard, even had extra bowls for water and food for them. Bed and linen great quality. Loved the green tree frogs and white geckos. It had a constant cool breeze and fans so never turned on the aircon. We will be back

absolutely fantastic place to relax and sit by the fire. everything you can think of has been thought of, down to the citronella candles outside. lovely to have animals roaming around and be able to walk around property as well. absolutely beautiful. highly recommend for all the family and dogs as well. perfect set up.
