Beachfront holiday rental in Toogoom

We really enjoyed staying at this venue. Everyone sharing this house in the peace and tranquillity of the area commented on its liveability and ease of access. The few steps to the beach were a breeze, even after dark. The facilities were spot on with lots of kitchen storage and a large fridge, only lacking coffee brewing equipment. Ample parking for all three vehicles. Our only regret was forgetting to pack the beach chairs! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very relaxing weekend. Quiet neighbourhood and the beach wasn’t even a minutes walk. Bed very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils and very decent shower pressure. Loved the pizza oven and plenty of equipment to prep your pizzas. Convenience store was an easy walk or a short drive and restaurant 5 min drive. Would defiantly book again! Thank you Sarah for a great experience.

Solid wifi, clean and quiet space, good communication and comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Great host! Constant communication with us all the time. Some hit and miss here and there but nothing major (Bins were not empty when we arrived, Ping pong table was not available but was offered on Airbnb). Happy with the service and would like to stay with them again.

Chelsea's bnb was exactly as described and as per photos. Lovely homely feel, very private, very clean with great attention to detail very well thought through. A lovely quiet location & walking distance to the beach and a great little cafe just around the corner a bonus. Secure parking space provided on he property. Thank you Chelsea, would def stay here again.

A great little beach shack right across from the water, everything you need to enjoy the tranquillity of Woodgate. The deck is the perfect spot to relax with the sea breeze. Tammy is a good host, very friendly and down to earth. If you need to break the routines and relax I recommend this place.

For years we have admired (in passing ) Joanne and Arno’s peaceful idyll- and it was wonderful to finally meet and experience their hospitality as well as their gardens and beautifully uncomplicated, stylish yet functional accommodation.What a fantastic place to stay for the weekend! Meeting Joanne and Arno and hearing of their interests, local sights, accessible amenities and activities reminded us of the original concept behind Airbnb. They made us feel welcome and we are so pleased to have learned more of their local area. Our dog Leah was welcomed and also enjoyed her beach walks - only 2 minutes through a shady native vegetation. We hope to return again! Highly recommended.

We were certainly not disappointed with our stay. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and in a great location. We love walking and did three 10km walks along the esplanade. There is secure underground parking and a nice pool. I have no hesitation in recommending Helen’s property and would certainly return if we were coming up to Hervey Bay again.

Had an amazing stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful — spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you could need, which made meals really easy. And the beach views were absolutely stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had to make a last minute booking when we arrived in Hervey Bay as our booked accommodation had cancelled at the last minute. Michael very kindly booked us in, and his place was a great find. Across the road from the beach, close to the bus stop, and places to eat. He provided beach chairs and umbrella, bikes to get around and even a fishing rod, although it was too wet and windy to try them out. But there was a good collection of books and games to see use through. Being a ground floor unit was perfect for us, and it had everything we needed. We never had an issue parking our car out the front on the street.

Adam was very helpful and proactive when communicating to us. The place was perfect and had everything we needed! Well located and well worth the stay 👌 We had one issue with one of aircon units (no fault of the owner) which Adam tried to help us sort and when he couldn't, we were compensated and they gave us a bottle of wine! Brilliant place to stay, we had an excellent weekend and would certainly stay again. Could not recommend more! Thanks Adam!

Family friendly apartment. We loved the location. So much to do and the little bonuses of games, tennis racquets, pool noodles and body board were a hit with my kids. Never been to Hervey Bay before and we will definitely be back. The beach was amazing and great for kids. Walked the sand banks and saw so much wildlife on land and in the water. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in Kelly's unit. The location is unbeatable, right opposite the beach, making it perfect for our beach days. The unit was well-equipped with everything my son and I needed, truly making it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the pool – a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The nearby cafes in both directions were fantastic, offering plenty of options for coffee and delicious meals. I also really appreciated the early check-in and the prompt action when I had an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Torquay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s spacious and clean, close to the beach and has a wonderful swimming pool in the front of the house. Close to restaurants and the pier. Markets on Saturday morning. I just wished we could’ve stayed longer. Will be going back whenever we are in the area.

Wonderful stay at Jody's apartment. It has been furnished to the very highest standard and feels incredibly luxurious to stay in. Two beautiful bedrooms with very high spec including state of the art AC / fan and even a massage feature on the beds. Kitchen also beautiful and fully fitted. Jody's instructions and communication throughout were impeccable. Beachfront property and we understand there will be stairs directly to the beach once work is done, which will be fab. We ended up getting taxis to the marina / restaurants along the esplanade as it takes a while to walk but that was totally fine for us - and the beach is a stones throw from the front door which was a treat. Cannot speak highly enough of Jody's apartment - would very much recommend to all visitors to Hervey Bay. Thanks Jody!

Lani's place was perfect for a weekend getaway for mother's day. Although the places are small, they are laid out in a spacious way to make the most of the space. There was plenty of space for my two kids to have their own beds and space and we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The location is right across the street from the ocean and you can walk nearly anywhere. We walked to the bakery, general store, boat ramp and the little friendly grocer. No need to get in the car. The place was clean and had nearly everything you needed. Only suggestion would be to pack all additional kitchen needs (cling wrap, foil, salt, pepper, etc) as the kitchen only has the basics

Dianne went above and beyond. Booking was easy, unit was beautiful and location was amazing. Communication was excellent. Location was amazing, beautiful view, multiple (great) restaurants at your doorstep. I wouldn’t book anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable home to stay in with many extras supplied. Great location, good complex with fantastic pool/ spa and kids pool. We will be back.
