The chalet is in an intimate condominium with only 6 units, with a swimming pool for collective use. Our space is cozy and spacious, featuring 1 en-suite with balcony, 1 bedroom with exit to a backyard, guest bathroom, and kitchen integrated with the living room. The room is well lit due to glass doors that give access to the cottage's private backyard, which has a barbecue and garden. Distance of 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has 200MB fiber internet.

The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families and the elderly. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

Our cottage is located in the Village of Itamambuca, a quiet place, with all transverse streets of land (only the main access is broquetado). The cottage is simple and functional, it has a small kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, electric oven and utensils for preparing meals; the bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, TV, air conditioning; outside the deck that surrounds the cottage with table chairs, portable barbecue. Parking and independent entrance!
