There is a separate indoor bath from the Hinoki bath, but the view of Setouchi and the starry sky from the Goemon bath, heated with firewood, is the best. If you're lucky, you'll see artificial satellites and meteors. The water heated by firewood never gets cold. It warms you from the core of your body. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. This is a rental cottage by the sea on Naoshima, a sacred place for art. There are two buildings, one on the sea side and one on the mountain side, and Lani is the building on the mountain side. Free parking is available on-site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a separate two-story building, and the first floor bedroom has 6 beds, and the second floor Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 2 futons, so it can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It is ideal for families and friends, as well as for student training camps and seminars, as it has a family-type kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to Yellow Pumpkin, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing in Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time in Naoshima in a room made with plenty of wood by a local carpenter. We have also started a Naoshima sightseeing tour for Ohana guests. Welcome to Nazuki, a private rental inn in the port town of Setouchi, "Konooura". Nazuki is located in the center of the tourist area of Shikanoura, and is a 2-minute walk to the biggest attraction in Shikanoura, "Tsuyuden". Konoura is a beautiful port town where history and nature are in harmony. The townscape and sightseeing spot "Tsuyuden" that has been around since the Edo period is within walking distance, and it is also known as a place related to Ryoma Sakamoto and the Kaien-tai. Also, the view of the Seto Inland Sea from the "Fukusenji Temple" on the hill is a must-see. After sightseeing, relax at the nearby day-use hot spring and feel the gentle Setouchi breeze while walking through the quiet townscape. We recommend starting with breakfast at a cafe on the hill, then strolling through the historic streets, having lunch at a local restaurant, and visiting the Ryoma Museum and Fuzanji Temple.
