Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tominé Reservoir

Very nice apartment, located in the middle of the Candelaria. Since check-in is non-autonomous, we had to wait several minutes before the host arrived since we arrived early in the morning, despite communications with our host. Note that the soundproofing of the rooms near the street is not ideal, we could hear perfectly what was happening on the street. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect and suited our group of friends. I recommend it!

The house is just as Rosa described it. The view of the reservoir is a must ! We had a great time and both Rosa (host) and Rodrigo (who received us and was always pending) were very kind. We don't feel cold at any time the chimneys (outside or indoors ) do a great job.

It was definitely spectacular. The house is just like the photos and is very well suited for large groups. There are more beds than reported. The location is easy to find and easy to access. The most incredible thing about the stay is the communication and excellent service of Ms. Blanca. Always responds and is ready to provide any help.

Fantastic Experience! I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was spotless, incredibly quiet, and very well located. I especially loved the décor, it felt stylish and welcoming. Daniel was excellent with communication, allways responsive and quick to reply. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Bella Esperanza is one of the most beautiful and welcoming places I've ever stayed. The place has a privileged view of the Suesca Lagoon and although it is a little removed from the village, it is precisely the tranquility, peace and silence that make it a wonderful place. The house has all the amenities, the fireplace is fantastic and they leave you firewood to use or to make a good barbecue outside. Paola is an excellent host and is always attentive to anything you need. Everything was perfect for us!

Casa Pionono exceeded my expectations, everything was impeccable, very well equipped, with decorative details that make the stay even more pleasant. Alba was a spectacular host. He was very kind when we got lost and helped us get there. The apartment was beautiful. We loved it. It has an excellent location, close to everything, good restaurants, Netflix, kitchen equipment... everything. The only thing is that the noise from the avenue was a little high due to the traffic. The property was beautiful! The hosts were so accommodating. I was traveling by myself and arrived at night. I’m a disabled woman and they assisted me with transportation from the airport right to the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s right in the heart of La Calendaria. There are tons of wonderful eateries and cafes, museums, and sidewalk vendors. Thank you so much for having me!

The place is nice and quiet, it has everything you need for a good stay, Mrs. Luz is a great person, kind and respectful, she was always very attentive.

The accommodation is very nice and the area is safe, there is a lot to do, many places to walk and where to buy food. We highly recommend the place!

Amelia is a super host indeed. Incredibly responsive and communicative. We were probably a little demanding during our stay and Amelia went out of her way to meet our every request. The apartment is super, sufficient space for us as a couple for 5 nights, well located in a walkable area near shops and restaurants. The shower is spacious and the second half bath great to have as a couple! The doormen at the building are amazingly friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed staying here. There is some street and restaurant noise at night of course if you have the windows open, as Bogotá is a big and busy city, but that is only to be expected. It did not stop us from sleeping. Thank you Amelia for a wonderful stay, would definitely come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Andrés' home. The house was immaculate and perfectly suited for our group of six adults and two children. Accessing the area was relatively straightforward, though I highly recommend renting a vehicle for convenience. Andrés and Pilar were incredibly attentive hosts, always ensuring our needs were met. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay.

What a great place! My family and I had an amazing time here and felt right at home. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, and take in the gorgeous view, this is the right place. Juan and Santiago were excellent hosts and were accommodating of all of our requests. Will not hesitate to reach out again next time I want to stay in that area.

I love this place. Such a beautiful and well-equipped house, would be great for groups. Fantastic office for working, everything in great condition and so many touches that make it like home. The neighborhood is fantastic and super walkable, security guards are great. And the host is incredibly friendly and helpful - greets you with coffee, beers and sofa in fridge and eggs and other food to get started. It is the house he grew up in and clearly takes a lot of pride in for good reason. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend.

We felt very welcome. Andrés was very attentive and always looked after our group, which we greatly appreciate. The warmth and hospitality of Milena and her family, people from the region, made us feel at home; they are incredibly kind, warm and hospitable. Ms. Milena also gave us a hand in the kitchen, - delicious cooking! The view of the dam is spectacular, and although it rained at night, we were surprised that the house remained very warm (it also has a fireplace, a total plus). It's just as it looks in the photos: beautiful and comfortable. Something we loved was that you can go down to near the dam, and the rooms, being in lofts, give the house a different touch. Although not recommended for older people or people who may have some fear of climbing to a loft, access can be complicated. However, we do not enjoy it. We would definitely come back.

The house pictures are an initial showcase of what this wonderful property offers, you will think they fall short once you have spent the first hours inside the house and wandering the almost never ending exteriors. Botanical Garden! those were my wife words when choosing between another lovely property and this one. Arduous gardening work have been done to this property during several years, it shows! Water channels surround the house, protecting it from insects, offering freshness and the lovely sound of running water. Several garden areas, natural creeks and waterfalls combined with manmade ponds making you feel at an English garden in the middle of a Colombian montane forest. It was a fantastic experience, which was enhanced by the people taking care of the property. They were always attentive but aware of providing privacy when needed, always open for conversations and allowing the guests to feel at home. Volveremos!

House is very nice and has 3 Bedrooms with bathrooms and half bath downstairs. Great space for a family of 6. Fabian is a great host and very responsive. Location was great! My only suggestion was to have access to walking closet in the main bedroom since was locked to keep the house items. Maybe some extra hands towels for the bathrooms but overall we had a great experience.
