Idyll in Roztocze — Sopot House

We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. A house on the edge of the Roztocze National Park forest, where time passes more slowly. The house is prepared for a comfortable stay of 12 people. But if necessary, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under the age of 3. The property is air-conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a place for a bonfire, a playground, a mega sun lounger, a sunny terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue.

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

Looking for a place to truly unwind? This spacious wooden cottage in Roztocze can accommodate a larger group – 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a bright sunroom perfect for relaxing. Outside, there's a hot tub, and right next door, kayaking on the Szumy River. You're just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the pier, the beach, and restaurants. Tranquility, nature, and peace – a place you'll want to keep coming back to. Baby bath is an additional charge 😊

Away from the asphalt, the hustle and bustle of cars, the daily grind and duties. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

The neighborhood is very quiet, but nearby there is no shortage of attractions such as very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with a beach, canoeing From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the Wieprz river valley, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

We invite you to a cozy wooden cottage in Hamerna, in the heart of Roztocze. It's the perfect place for a peaceful getaway surrounded by forests and picturesque nature. The cottage provides a comfortable stay and is a great base for hiking and biking trips. It is located on the Hosts' property, but guests have complete privacy and their own space. We are happy to help and recommend the most beautiful places in the area.

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.
