The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Compact affordable accommodation for two people. Small double bed (4ft). Kitchen area with a microwave, small hob, airfryer and larder fridge (no ice box) enabling you to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Separate shower room. TV, electric heater. Our Studio is situated at Primrose Farm, located a few miles from Newquay and close the beaches of Holywell Bay, Crantock and Perranporth. Due to the accommodation only being small we do not recommend for long stays or more senior guests.

Many famous sites and National Trust properties are within easy reach as well as the South West coast path which runs alongside the hamlet.
