This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it comfortable while retaining its original character. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea. BBQ Grills, tables and chairs are available free of charge.Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00.Please be considerate of the neighbors. Large screen I installed a 100 inch screen.It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video.If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan!
